Refund policy
Returns & Exchanges: We stand by our products with a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, start a return in our return portal within 30 days of receiving your order, and we’ll assist you with your return or exchange request.
Please note: Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs if the customer opted out of Checkout+. Refunds will be issued once the returned product has been inspected by Advent Studio.
Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and issue a full refund to your original payment method.
Damaged Products:
If your order arrives damaged, start a return and explain that the item was damaged in our return portal within 30 days of delivery, and we will send you a replacement at no cost.
To process your request, please include clear photos of the damaged item and its packaging. Once we verify the issue, we’ll ship a replacement free of charge. Depending on the situation, we may ask for the damaged product to be returned.
Late or Missing Refunds:
Refunds are processed as soon as your returned product is received and approved. If you haven’t received your refund yet, please:

Delivery Timeframe:
Each order is printed upon completion of the purchase. The general timeline is as follows:

Processing & Printing (2-5 business days): Once your order is placed, it is processed and printed.

Shipping (2-5 business days): After printing, your order is shipped.
You will receive order updates via email. If you’re not receiving updates, check your spam folder and add our email to your contacts. If your order hasn’t arrived within 10 business days, contact us at support@adventstudio.co, and we’ll track it for you.
Tracking Information:
Once your order ships, tracking details will be emailed to you. If you haven’t received your tracking info, check your spam folder and mark our emails as safe.
Order Cancellations:
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us immediately. While we’ll do our best to accommodate your request, we cannot guarantee cancellation once an order is processed or shipped. If your order has already been fulfilled, the customer is responsible for the purchase.
Address Changes:
If you accidentally entered the wrong shipping address, email support@adventstudio.co ASAP. We will try to assist, but if the order has already been processed or shipped, we cannot make changes.
We are not responsible for orders placed with incomplete or incorrect shipping addresses, as all orders are automatically processed with the information provided by the customer.
