Shipping Policy 

Thank you for shopping with Advent Studio! We are dedicated to providing you with the best shopping experience and ensuring your products are delivered promptly and safely. Please review our shipping policy below to help answer any questions you may have.


Order Processing Time

  • Processing Time: All U.S. orders have Free Shipping for our baseline shipping times. After an order is placed, it takes 2-5 days for printing of the product (handling time), and then 2-5 days to ship (transit time). Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays and may require longer than usual wait times depending on seasonal volumes.
  • Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Locations

  • We ship within the U.S & International

    For orders made outside of the U.S. shipping rates and timing may vary. There may be additional customs and duties charged to the customer. Advent Studio is not responsible for any custom or duties taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed before, during, or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.


Order Tracking

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification containing a tracking number.

Shipping Issues & Lost or Damaged Packages

  • Lost or Delayed Packages: If your package is delayed, lost, or appears to be missing, please contact us as soon as possible at susanpodrez@gmail.com. We will work with you to resolve the issue with the carrier.
  • Damaged Packages: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please email us within 7 days of receiving the package with a photo of the damage. We will assist you with a replacement or refund.

Address Accuracy

  • Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete address information.
  • If you need to update your shipping address after placing your order, please contact us immediately at susanpodrez@gmail.com. We will do our best to make adjustments before your order is shipped.
